Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer standard international shipping to North America, Europe, and select countries worldwide.

- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as international shipping may be subject to customs delays or carrier issues outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zaira_diy@163.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
